Dreamworks movie is her first role since birth of daughter
Angelina Jolie will join Dustin Hoffman, Jack Black, Lucy Liu and Jackie Chan in Dreamworks' Kung Fu Panda. She will voice the character of Tigress.

Animated film has not been kind to Angelina Jolie. The last time she voiced a role, it was in the dismal A Shark's Tale, opposite Jack Black. However, she's giving it another shot in Dreamworks' upcoming animated feature Kung Fu Panda.
Jolie will play "Tigress," a warrior who must train the titular panda (voice by Jack Black) to become a kung fu master, despite his seeming inabilities. A picture of Jolie's character appears above. Jolie joins Dustin Hoffman, Lucy Liu, Ian McShane and Jackie Chan in the movie
This is the actor's first role since giving birth to her daughter Shiloh on May 27.
