Animated Aliens War Games shortspec piece for possible animated series, game?
Bluefields graphics studio has an online spec piece for what they call Aliens: War Games, based on the Ridley Scott space chiller.
(Source: www.bluefieldscreative.com) Here's a funky little piece of animation that Bluefield graphic studios put together as a spec piece, which means the company is throwing it out there to show off their animation capabilities and get some commercial gigs. Based on Ridley Scott's Aliens tetralogy, the reel is titled Aliens: War Games. It shows the background and actions for the first scenario, called Scenario One: Hide and Seek. A possible animated TV series for Adult Swim, or a potential video console game? Who knows but it looks pretty freakin' cool. You can check out the clip by clicking here. (One small quibble: if a Space Marine type is hunting aliens who like to plant their embryos by attaching themselves to the victim's face, wouldn't he wear a massive full-face helmet?)
