ATHF movie updateanimated film gets limited theatrical run in March
Aqua Teen Hunger Force: The Movie is either coming out in March or in February. Surreal flick pits the ATHF against a rogue piece of exercise equipment.
(Source: www.variety.com) Yes, Virginia, there is an Aqua Teen Hunger Force movie. The highly successful animated series, which has entertained insomniacs, students and stoners since 2000, hits the big screen (all 800 of them) sometime in March or on February 17th (depending if you believe Variety or IMDb). First Look Pictures is producing the flick. Here's the synopsis of Aqua Teen Hunger Force: The Movie, courtesy of IMDb: "An action epic that explores the origins of the Aqua Teen Hunger Force (better known as Master Shake, Frylock, and Meatwad) who somehow become pitted in a battle over an immortal piece of exercise equipment." Or something like that. In addition to series creators Matt Maiellaro and Dave Willis, Aqua Teen Hunger Force: The Movie also features the voice talents of B-movie god Bruce Campbell (Army of Darkness, Bubba Ho Tep), Schooly-D and Rush drummer/lyricist Neil Peart.
