Proving that anime is truly going global, the French/Japanese co-produced anime Oban Star-Racers will air on ABC Family and Toon Disney. The show follows the adventures of Molly, a young pilot who wants to compete in The Great Race of Oban, an event that occurs once every 10,000 years. The anime features both 2-D and 3-D animation techniques.
Oban Star-Racers can be seen on ABC Family at 10:30 am (ET, PT) on Fridays and Saturdays.
