Pokemon movie in production10th anniversary movie coming out in 2007.
Pokémon: Diamond and Pearl animated movie is currently in production to mark the 10th anniversary of the title.
(Source: www.icv2.com) Pokémon, which ICv2 calls "the Energizer Bunny" of animated properties, just keeps going and going. The official Pocket Monsters website in Japan announced that a 10th anniversary movie, called, Pokémon: Diamond and Pearl, is currently in production. It's scheduled for a July 2007 release. Details are very sketchy so far (read; nonexistent): I'll keep you posted as things develop. In other news, Nintendo has also produced the 10th Pokémon anime television series, also called Pokémon: Diamond and Pearl. It hits Japanese TV screens this fall.
